By subscribing to our service, you consent to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Terms.




United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and we abide by the laws of Dubai.
We do not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
The website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy maybe changed or updated occasionally. Therefore, customers are encouraged to frequently visit both sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.



By purchasing any of our subscription plans, you authorize us to, at the beginning of each billing cycle, auto deduct your monthly subscription amount. If you pause or cancel your subscription, no further deductions will be made after the last cycle you paid for.
In order to purchase subscription boxes from the website, you must first register to set up an account with us by completing the registration form on the website.
In order to register an account you must be an individual, a resident in the UAE, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Terms. By creating an account, you are confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
You warrant that all information you provide to us when registering an account is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief. It is your responsibility to ensure the information in your account is updated regularly with any relevant changes.
We may refuse at our absolute discretion any application to join us or receive our services for any reason whatsoever.
You are responsible for all activities and purchases that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you know of, or suspect, that anyone has obtained access to your account or if you otherwise become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breach.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. They are also responsible for retaining a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.



Our food is prepared and packed under supervision of our team and sent to you in a specific carton box to maintain the utmost quality and meet the highest standards of safety.



We currently deliver across the entire UAE.
We use a third-party provider for the delivery service.
Please keep us up to date with any changes that might affect our ability to deliver to you. If we cannot access your building because of changes that we have not been notified of, we reserve the right to charge you for unsuccessful delivery.
Note at least 4 days are required to make any changes in your delivery address before the date of receiving your next box.
It is agreed that anyone at the delivery address is entitled to accept delivery.
Upon receiving of the box, it is the customers’ duty to make sure that boxes are stored in a dry place with maximum room temperature of 25°C Degree Celsius.
Snacks will be delivered cooked and ready for serving. No cooking or re-heating is required.



Please be aware that our food may contain ingredients such as nuts or nut oil, dairy, gluten.
If you have any type of food allergy, it is your responsibility to inform us, otherwise we are not responsible for any food allergies that may occur as a result of consuming our food. You may select to exclude items as you wish if it may cause allergies.
The content, products and services offered by or through us is not intended for diagnosis, prevention, treatment, relief or cure for any medical condition.



Payments are made through a payment gateway. We do not process any payments.
We accept payments made by Master Card and Visa cards.
We will send you a payment confirmation to the email you registered with us after successful completion of the transaction.



You may cancel your subscription at any time. In such event, you will continue receiving your weekly snack boxes for the remaining boxes balance, which you paid for, but no further deductions or renewals will be made.
Placed orders that are not cancelled by the Thursday prior to the next delivery are charged the full amount.
If you wish to cancel, you can send an email to info@koalapicks.com and we will revert to you as soon as practically possible with a confirmation on your cancelation. Please mention the reason of cancelation so we can improve our offering and service.



You may pause your subscription. Please make the pause by the Thursday prior to receiving your next box or the box will be charged.
You can pause your subscription by getting in touch with us..
When you resume your subscription after a pause, the billing cycle date will not change. However, any outstanding balances will be deducted from your next payment.



We strive to make snack products that meet our customers’ expectations and that are delivered in excellent condition. In case you receive faulty snacks, please email us on the same day you receive the order on info@koalapicks.com and we will investigate the case immediately. If we come to a conclusion that we were at fault, we will replace the faulty product and deliver a new similar product free of cost and free of any other charges.



Prices may be subject to change at our discretion, without prior notice. Prices of placed orders will not change. Price of any purchased subscriptions will not change without prior notifications.



All intellectual property rights in or relating to our website (including our text, graphics, software, photographs and other images, videos, sound, trademarks and logos) are owned by us. You are not given any rights in respect of the intellectual property rights owned by us and you acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership of, or other rights in relation to, any such intellectual property rights by virtue of using the website.



We will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your subscription or using our services or consuming our products or any event that is beyond our reasonable control.



Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of Dubai, UAE. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
