Returns Policy

We only accept returns under the following conditions:
Damaged Packaging: If your order arrives with damaged packaging that affects the quality of the product.
Product Damage: If the food inside is compromised due to damage during transit.

How to Request a Return:

  • Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please email us at info@koalapicks.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item.
  • If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
Product Defect: If there is an issue with the product’s quality due to a fault from our side.
Delivery Delay: If there was an unreasonable delay in delivery beyond our standard shipping timeline (Receiving your order after 72 hours from ordering).

Refund Process:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please provide your order details and proof of the issue via email at info@koalapicks.com.
  • Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
