We ship all over the UAE with an exception of some remote areas. Please get in touch with us on info@koalapicks.com if in doubt. 

If you place your order before 5pm you will receive it next day. If after 5 pm you will receive it the day after. 

If you don't receive your order after your delivery day please get in touch with us to help sort it out. 

Our subscription shipping is FIXED on every Sunday. 

If you are ordering last minute and need a certain time slot we can't guarantee as our shipping company can't always accommodate certain timings. In this case we recommend you order a day earlier.
